Who knew? Not me!
I was kinda surprised by the hidden gems of this hotel. The breakfast was good, catering to all tastes, and the staff radiated genuine kindness. We were even offered help retrieving a lost item! Just be mindful of the small room sizes, especially the tiny bathrooms. They can be a squeeze for larger guests.

Big size & clean hotel, its location is marvellous so close to the Louvre and several restaurants and shops close by, Metro line 9 and lots of restaurants and CdG airport by RER trains. The breakfast is excellent, available with foods from sweet to salty and coffee machine, for example. Thank you for a very nice stay.

I faced a significant issue at check-in. Despite having a reservation for three rooms, I was given keys to a room that was occupied by another guest. This caused a major inconvenience and I felt frustrated while trying to sort it out with the staff, who seemed confused about the situation.
